	From New Jersey Turnpike (North or South)
		Turn off at Exit 9. After tollbooths, bear to the right; follow signs for "Route 18 North - New Brunswick." Proceed along on Route 18 North past the two exits for Route 27 and take the exit marked "George Street-Rutgers University" (approximately 2.6 miles from Turnpike). NOTE: DO NOT take the first George Street exit which is immediately after Paulus Blvd. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto George Street. Continue along George Street and bear left at the jug handle onto Huntington Street. Continue along Huntington Street for one block. Turn left at the first traffic light onto College Avenue and proceed one block. The German House, 172 College Avenue, is on the right hand side on the corner of Richardson Street.

	From Garden State Parkway - Southbound
		Southbound - Coming from northern New Jersey Turn off at Exit 129 for the New Jersey Turnpike and head south. Turn off at Exit 9. After tollbooths, bear to the right; follow signs for "Route 18 North - New Brunswick." Proceed along on Route 18 North past the two exits for Route 27 and take the exit marked "George Street-Rutgers University". NOTE: DO NOT take the first George Street exit which is immediately after Paulus Blvd. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto George Street. Continue along George Street and bear left at the jug handle onto Huntington Street. Continue along Huntington Street for one block. Turn left at the first traffic light onto College Avenue and proceed one block. The German House, 172 College Avenue, is on the right hand side on the corner of Richardson Street.

	From Garden State Parkway - Northbound
		Northbound - Coming from southern New Jersey Turn off at Exit 105 and follow signs for Route 18 North. After approximately 24 miles you will pass the entrance for the New Jersey Turnpike and continue on Route 18 North. Proceed along on Route 18 North past the two exits for Route 27 and take the exit marked "George Street-Rutgers University" (approximately 2.6 miles from Turnpike). NOTE: DO NOT take the first George Street exit which is immediately after Paulus Blvd. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto George Street. Continue along George Street and bear left at the jug handle onto Huntington Street. Continue along Huntington Street for one block. 	From Route 1 (North or South)

	From Route 287 (North or South)
		Turn off at Exit 9 (Formerly Exit 5) "River Road, Bound Brook, Highland Park". Proceed east on River Road toward Highland Park (approximately 3.4 miles) and take the Route 18 South ramp. You will cross the Raritan River on the John Lynch Memorial Bridge. Stay in the right lane and take the first exit, which is marked "George Street - Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Route 27." At the traffic light at the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Huntington Street. Continue along Huntington Street for one block. Turn left at the first traffic light onto College Avenue and proceed one block. The German House, 172 College Avenue, is on the right hand side on the corner of Richardson Street.

	From Rutgers New Brunswick Campuses
		From Busch - The A bus or the H bus will bring you to College Ave Campus. Get off at the Rutgers Student Center bus top. Walk two blocks in the opposite direction of the bus route. The German House, 172 College Avenue, will be on the left, on the corner of Richardson Street and across from the Alexander Library.
		From Cook / Douglass - The F bus or the EE bus will bring you to College Ave Campus. Get off at the Rutgers Student Center bus top. Walk two blocks in the opposite direction of the bus route. The German House, 172 College Avenue, will be on the left, on the corner of Richardson Street and across from the Alexander Library.
		From Livingston - The L bus or the LX bus will bring you to College Ave Campus. Get off at the Rutgers Student Center bus top. Walk two blocks in the opposite direction of the bus route. The German House, 172 College Avenue, will be on the left, on the corner of Richardson Street and across from the Alexander Library.

	By Train
		The North East Corridor Line is the only rail line that services New Brunswick. Get off the train at the New Brunswick station, which is located on the corner of Albany Ave and Easton Ave. Walk up Easton Ave and turn right on Somerset Ave. Walk one block to College Ave and turn left. Proceed one half mile on College Avenue. After passing the Rutgers Student Center, continue two blocks. The German House, 172 College Avenue, will be on the left, on the corner of Richardson Street and across from the Alexander Library.
