- B.A. in Business and Finance from the Leibniz-Akademie in Hannover, Germany
- Financial Analyst for six years with a German bank
|

Academic Interests: |
|
- The role of women in 18th- and 19th-century German literature
- The interconnections between history and literature, especially looking at what role, if any, literature plays in shaping or changing society

Swimming, reading, sewing and crafts.
